Článok 1.
Výklad pojmov
Objednávateľ ubytovania – osoba, ktorej meno a priezvisko je uvedené vo formulári objednávky ubytovania
( ďalej len objednávateľ ubytovania ).
Poskytovateľ ubytovania - v tomto prípade ubytovanie v súkromí – izba* názov Vila Viktória, adresa prevádzky ul. Slnečná 564/3, 013 13
Rajecké Teplice
( ďalej len poskytovateľ ubytovania )
Zmluvný vzťah - vzťah dvoch strán je v tomto prípade medzi objednávateľom ubytovania a poskytovateľom ubytovania. Objednávateľ ubytovania
požiadal poskytovateľa ubytovania prostredníctvom elektronicky vyplneného formulára o záväznú rezerváciu ubytovania v konkrétnom termíne,
ktorý je stanovený v obsahu formulára.

Formulár záväznej objednávky ubytovania – ide o formulár záväznej objednávky ubytovania, ktorý sa nachádza na webovej stránke
www.villaamelia.sk
( ďalej len formulár )
Storno poplatok – je výška finančných prostriedkov, ktoré je objednávateľ ubytovania povinný zaplatiť prevádzkovateľovi, v prípade ak nastali
okolnosti uvedené v týchto storno podmienkach.

Článok 2.
Spôsob stornovania rezervácie a storno podmienky.
V prípade ak si objednávateľ ubytovania objednal ubytovanie elektronickou formou t.j. vyplnením a zaslaním formuláru, môže svoju objednávku
stornovať iba elektronickou formou prostredníctvom e-mailu, ktorý uviedol vo formulári. Žiadosť o stornovanie konkrétneho pobytu musí
obsahovať osobné údaje, zhodné s tými vo formulári, termín pobytu a dôvod zrušenia rezervácie. Žiadosť sa zasiela prevádzkovateľovi ubytovania
elektronicky na e-mailovú adresu villa.ameliarajecke@gmail.com, i v tomto prípade sa však riadi storno podmienkami uvedenými v článku 2. týchto storno
podmienok.
Prevádzkovateľ má právo zrušiť akúkoľvek objednávku ubytovania.
V prípade ak objednávateľ ubytovania zruší ubytovanie 7 a menej dní pred dátumom nástupu na pobyt je výška storno poplatku 100% sumy za
objednaný pobyt.
V prípade ak objednávateľ ubytovania zruší ubytovanie 7 a viac dní pred dátumom nástupu na pobyt je výška storno poplatku 50% sumy za
objednaný pobyt.
Poskytovateľ ubytovania môže stornovať obdržanú objednávku ubytovania od objednávateľa ubytovania, v takomto prípade je výška storno
poplatku 0% sumy za objednaný pobyt.
Článok 3
Zmluvný vzťah.
Zmluvný vzťah medzi objednávateľom služby a poskytovateľom ubytovania začína plynúť zaslaním vyplneného formuláru záväznej objednávky
ubytovania prostredníctvom internetu, v ktorom sú uvedené náležitosti objednávky.
Zmluvný vzťah medzi objednávateľom a poskytovateľom ubytovania zaniká
- využitím objednaných služieb podľa termínu a rozsahu, ktorý je uvedený vo formulári
- nevyužitím služby/služieb v objednanom termíne a v rozsahu podľa formulára
- stornovaním pobytu spôsobom uvedeným v článku. 2. tohto nariadenia
Článok 4
Platba storno poplatku.
V prípade ak si objednávateľ objednal ubytovanie prostredníctvom internetu vyplnením formuláru a pobyt stornoval podľa článku 2 týchto storno
podmienok, neubytoval sa v deň nástupu na pobyt resp. akýmkoľvek spôsobom nepricestoval a neprihlásil sa na ubytovanie vo Vila Amelia v
Rajeckých Tepliciach a neupovedomil o tom poskytovateľa ubytovania, podľa článku 2 tohto nariadenia, mu bude poskytovateľ ubytovania
účtovať objednané služby v plnej výške v akej si služby objednávateľ objednal a to písomnou formou zaslaním faktúry na adresu objednávateľa. V
prípade ak objednávateľ ubytovania utrpí akékoľvek zranenie, je postihnutý chorobou, ktorá mu nedovoľuje pohyb, tak na základe lekárskej
správy, ktorú zašle doporučenou zásielkou na adresu poskytovateľa ubytovania, je oslobodený od platby storno poplatku v plnej výške.

Article 1.
Interpretation of terms

Contractual relationship - the relationship between the two parties is in this case between the accommodation client and the accommodation
provider. The accommodation client has asked the accommodation provider through an electronically completed form for a binding reservation of
accommodation at a specific date, which is specified in the content of the form.

Cancellation fee - is the amount of funds that the client is obliged to pay to the operator if the circumstances mentioned in these cancellation
conditions occurred.

Article 2.
Cancellation method and cancellation policy.
In case the client ordered the accommodation electronically, ie. by filling in and sending the form, he / she can only cancel his / her order
electronically via the e-mail provided in the form. The request for cancellation of a specific stay must include personal data identical to those in the
form, date of stay and reason for cancellation. The application is sent to the accommodation operator electronically to the e-mail address
villa.ameliarajecke@gmail.com  but in this case too, the cancellation conditions specified in Article 2 of these cancellation conditions apply.
The operator has the right to cancel any order of accommodation.
If the accommodation is canceled 7 or less days before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the amount of the booked stay.
In case of cancellation of accommodation 7 or more days before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount for the booked stay.
The accommodation provider can cancel the accommodation order received from the accommodation client, in which case the cancellation fee is
0% of the amount for the booked stay.
Article 3
Contractual relationship.
The contractual relationship between the service customer and the accommodation provider starts by sending a completed form of a binding
accommodation order via the Internet, which lists the requisites of the order.
The contractual relationship between the client and the accommodation provider expires
- using the ordered services according to the date and scope specified in the form
- failure to use the service (s) in the ordered term and to the extent specified in the form
- cancellation of the stay in the manner specified in Article. 2. of this Regulation
Article 4
Payment of cancellation fee.
If the client ordered the accommodation via the Internet by filling in the form and canceled the stay according to Article 2 of these cancellation
conditions, he / she did not stay on the day of arrival respectively. did not arrive in any way and did not register for accommodation in Villa
Amelia in Rajecké Teplice and did not inform the accommodation provider, pursuant to Article 2 of this Regulation, the accommodation provider
will charge him the full amount of the ordered services by sending the invoice to address of the customer. In the event that the accommodation
client suffers any injuries, he / she is affected by an illness that does not allow him / her to move, and on the basis of a medical report sent by
registered mail to the address of the accommodation provider, he / she is exempt from full payment.
